Free RPG Day Is Coming to Meanwhile Coffee!

Grab a coffee, grab a game. On Saturday, June 27, 2026, Meanwhile Coffee is joining tabletop venues around the world to celebrate Free RPG Day... and you're invited!

The Details

• When: Saturday, June 27, 2026 · 9 AM – 5 PM
• Where: Meanwhile Coffee — 2309 Woodland Crossing Dr, Herndon, VA 20171
• How it works: Make a purchase and pick out free RPG Day items to take home. (Limit 2 per person.)
• What's on the table: TTRPG adventures, quick-start guides, and more!

Quantities are limited and it's first come, first served — so it pays to show up early.

What is Free RPG Day?

Free RPG Day is an annual celebration of tabletop roleplaying games. Publishers put together special, exclusive releases like brand-new adventures, beginner-friendly quick-start guides, and other goodies. They're handed out through participating spots for free. It's a low-pressure way to try a new system, grab something for your home table, or get into TTRPGs for the very first time.

This tradition kicked off in 2007, inspired by Free Comic Book Day, and has since grown to more than 700 stores worldwide. Here are some links to find out the full story:
